In Columbia Missouri the removal of municipal court judge Roger Hines has been transferred to the State Commission on Retirement Removal and Discipline of Judges. Hines was convicted in April of assaulting Roseanne Fowler his girlfriend and had been suspended by the city council. He was fined and is appealing the conviction.
