CP School Welcomes Visitors
A recent visitor was Mrs. Evelyn LaFon, former director, who retired last year. On Nov. 8 Auxvasse Center Academy children toured the school with teachers and Miss Jenny Elledge of Mexico. On Nov. 10 Kevin Vanlandingham, Kevin Travis, and Jeff Snell, all Boy Scouts, visited for God and Country awards. Girls in Action from Friendship Baptist entertained, and a Bookworm in preschool grows as books are added and stories shared. Monthly CP Mothers Club planned the Christmas party for Dec 20 and screened a film on feeding and toilet training. Donations from Wrangler Saddle Club and Cedar Grove Extension Club were welcomed.
