Messiah Highlight in Mexico Chorus Halts For Hallelujah Chorus
The Mexico Community Chorus organized by the Abbie Llewellyn Snoddy Music Club will perform Handel's Messiah at 3 p.m. on December at Mexico United Methodist Church. Gerald Valet directs. Mrs. William Bryen is organist. The work, about four hours, follows three parts detailing hope, birth, crucifixion, and faith, with Handel born in Germany and naturalized in England.

Forty Attend XNC Meeting at Monterey Restaurant
Forty members of the XNC Club met at the Monterey Restaurant on a Wednesday evening. New member Mrs. Mitchell Skorupa joined and hosted with officers and welcomes from Mrs. Gene Serrit and others.
