Anheuser-Busch president August A. Busch III announced record sales and earnings for the company. For the third quarter, net income reached 30.6 million dollars or 68 cents a share, up 5.4 percent from 29 million dollars or 64 cents per share a year earlier, covering the first nine months of 1977.
The Traveler's Protective Association held its regular defensive driving and safety meeting Thursday night at the VFW Hall with about 35 members present.
