MU Education Grads Do Well In Job Market
University of Missouri Columbia elementary education graduates report strong job prospects. Of 123 respondents from a 1972 survey, 89 teach, 13 hold teaching related posts, and 21 work outside teaching. The findings contrast with declines in kindergarten enrollment and emphasize male hiring needs.

Robert M. White II editor and publisher of The Mexico Ledger was elected to a four year term on the Washington and Lee University Alumni Association national board.
