Clayton Missouri AP The St. Louis County medical examiner reports 16 year old Phillip Farmer of Ross Missouri died from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a fire in his Dent County Jail cell. He was not beaten and was arrested on burglary charges April 28. A shirt over his head and scorched mattresses were found in his cell. An inquest was planned to probe the fire’s cause.
