Surprise Going Away Party For Mrs Pasley Moves To Kansas City
A surprise party hosted by Mrs Gary O Bryan honored Mrs Ed Pasley as she moves to Kansas City. Guests included Mrs Fred Pasley, Mrs Pasley's mother in law, and many Martinsburg residents. The Fraternal Order of Eagles auxiliary held a regular meeting at the Eagle Home on Tuesday night. Mrs. Stanley Campbell was named mother of the year and FOE members received a $200 check for remodeling. Reports from the state convention in Jefferson City and trophies for scrapbook, membership and charity were announced. Officers elected included Mrs. Virgil Sapp as state conductor Roy Tyner as state vice president and Virgil Sapp as state trustee.
