Japanese Art Culture Program Noted By Local Club
The Friendly Northerners Extension Club hosted 17 members and one guest at Mrs. Joe Jobe’s home, with a report on art and culture in Japan. Members planned a June Governor’s Mansion tour in Jefferson City at 11 a.m., attended dinner theater on June 19 to see Room Service, and exchanged May baskets. Prizes went to several members, and the Martinsburg Extension Club gathered with 16 members and one guest, Mrs. Glenda Boettcher, for a makeup program and a July family picnic plan. The June meeting will be with Mrs. Bob Fort.
