Audrain County issued 37 marriage licenses in June at the county courthouse, bringing six month total to 139, with 1975 also at 139. Historical figures show 1976 had the year’s high six month total at 152, while 1974 saw the most licenses in latest years. Applicants must meet age, consent, blood test, and waiting period rules, and tests are processed on specific days at Audrain Medical Center and outpatient registry.
