Bolivar Welcomes Dr. Bernard Finch In New Practice
Dr. Bernard Finch opens a Bolivar clinic, moving 50 miles from El Dorado Springs. He treats 40 to 50 patients daily elsewhere but has not yet stocked equipment. He faces questions about a potential local hospital and participates in a regional study on health maintenance organizations for rural Missouri counties.
