13 Year Old Testifies in Fire Set Murder Case
In Miami AP report, 13 year old Greg Wilburn told a Juvenile Court judge how he and two friends set fire to three drifters behind an abandoned building on Oct 20. One man, Charles Scales, 38, died. two others were injured. The three youths Allen Gerald Cleveland Evans were ordered to a state facility for disturbed children.
