Civil rights field office in St. Louis to close
The U S Justice Department will shut its civil rights field office in St. Louis this Friday after 13 months of activity. Andrew J. Ruzicho heads the office and will move to Washington as deputy chief of the education division. He says the area has produced a wide range of civil rights inquiries and helped secure agreements without lawsuits.
