Deaf mute Bronx gang raises alarm with arson bid

In New York the Crazy Homicide gang of nine youths aged 15 to 18, many deaf and mute, faced charges of malicious mischief and unlawful assembly after police say a car fire was set using a rolled newspaper and gas. Detectives chased suspects for blocks before capture as others cooperated with investigators. One youth released to parents.
