Wellsville moves toward a new water plant and sewer system after a city council vote to hire Crane and Flemming to update survey work and invite Harold Crane to meet with the board. The meeting also covered fire chief appointments, police matters, and local notices including a community luncheon.
Mrs. Al Remley led the Christian Women's Fellowship at the First Christian Church with a program titled Africa Then and Now, featuring a film strip. 27 women attended, Esther Group served lunch, and worship was led by Mrs. George Robinson and Mrs. Ray Robison.

Next meeting at Mrs Guy Gallison home in Holliday. Mr and Mrs Norman Williams of Paris travel to Orlando Florida for the winter.
