Waiver of Premium Benefit Under National Home Plan
Policy owner may have all premiums paid during hospitalization of eight consecutive weeks or more for themselves and all covered family members. If readmitted for the same condition within 90 days, premiums are again paid during hospital confinement. Coverage remains in force while premiums are paid. Exclusions include acts of war, mental disease, and age at enrollment ranges 16 to 84.
