Plan For No-Fault Insurance Filed
Two no fault auto insurance plans with stark differences were outlined for the 1973 Missouri legislative session. The proposals seek to replace or reform tort claims with no fault coverage while preserving tort actions for severe injuries. Differences include license conditions, deductible options, payout limits, and medical reporting requirements. Both include exemptions for DUI, felonies, and self inflicted injuries and add related safety and tax provisions in other bills.
