Harold D. Hayden, 77, of 1705 E Anderson Sr., died at 6:15 this morning at home from an apparent heart attack. Born Nov. 23, 1900, near Madison, he married Flora Danuser on Oct. 1, 1944, at Fulton. A WWII Signal Corps veteran in North Africa, he worked for 4.P. Green Refractories Co. until retirement in 1965, and had lived in Mexico since 1923. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery after services at Arnold Funeral Home. He attended Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church. he is survived by Flora, and by three brothers Edny C., Virgil A., and Omer B. Hayden.
