Hickman lost several starters from last year while Mexico brings five returning lettermen. Mexico opened the season with a dominant 50 0 and 53 5 wins over Sedalia Smith Cotton, with seven of 12 starters scoring 35 points by pins and the rest by decisions. Six players earned awards across football and cross country.
