Clarence J. Roth 46 of rural Ste Genevieve pleaded guilty to plowing up 800 feet of wet highway concrete and was ordered to pay 10 in court costs. A six month jail term was suspended. Roth admitted driving past barricades August 13 and plowing a furrow 14 inches deep near Little Faline Creek Bridge. Groves Construction Co said repair costs range 7,000 to 9,000.
