Wallace Feutz Barn Opens at 4-H Fair Dedication
The Wallace F. Feutz Barn, a new multipurpose facility at the 4-H grounds, will house about 175 cows for the fair. Dedication is set for Friday Aug 11 at 11:30 to 12:00 at the 4-H Center on Route D with Martin Maxwell delivering the speech. Feutz will cut the ribbon and the project honors his donation. Contributions include Kiwanis and Lions clubs, banks, Jaycees, and many local supporters. The 96 by 60 foot pole barn was built by Kamar Construction with volunteer wiring by 4-H leaders, aimed to serve livestock and other uses during the fair season.

India Melson and her horse Blue represent the Melson family at the Audrain County 4-H Fair. Active in horsemanship projects, she plans to compete in the 4-H Horse Show, as the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Melson.
