Governor Names Judges for New Waco Civil Appeals Court

LUBBOCK Texas June 27 The fate of Tom Ross lies with the jury but no verdict has yet been returned. The Goode trial is to start today after a postponement caused by a sick juror. Ross was charged with murder in the shooting of W D Allison and faces possible death or life in prison with the jury to decide. Goode and Ross were linked in the same indictment with cattle inspector H L Robersons murder at Seminole Texas April 1.
