SEEK FIFTH MARSHALL June 17 UP. Mr and Mrs J H Richardson and Mr and Mrs W A Strapps, victims of a flogging by four masked men near here last week, were summoned to appear before the special county grand jury convened this morning. County Attorney John Taylor issued a summons for Mrs Hester Mills, sister of Mrs Strapps, who was visiting at the Strapps when the attack occurred. The four men arrested Thursday for assault were held in the county jail and likely to remain jailed until tomorrow. Taylor would not confirm they would be brought before the grand jury.
