Boy Injured In Bicycle Car Collision On Belknap Street
Bobby Dailey 12 of Mexia was seriously injured when a bicycle he rode with his 14 year old brother John Raymond collided with a 1947 Chevrolet driven by James B. Rogers on South Belknap Street near Ballard's Store. Bobby suffered a broken left leg and a severe forehead laceration while John Raymond was uninjured. Bobby was listed resting well later that afternoon.
