The Gibbs Memorial Library in Mexia will close this afternoon in memory of Jesse H Jones. Jones a financier publisher and former cabinet member died Friday night in a Houston hospital at age 82. The Gibbs Memorial Library was a gift to Mexia from Dr and Mrs Joseph Gibbs pioneer settlers.
