Mexia High Choir Marks First UIL Contest Year
The Mexia High School Choir under Miss Brenda Lakey opened its 1968 69 year with a December assembly and February Open House. They placed second at Temple UIL Contest in April, won Baylor University solos, and performed for Rotary Lions VFW and county meetings.
