Army Plane Found Near Medina Lake Fatal Training Crash
A Brooks Field AT-11 training bomber missing since Saturday was found near Medina Lake northwest of San Antonio. All four on board Lt J W LeBarre pilot from Dallas Captain W Grounds and Sgt L H Borris and Sgt J C Wallace from Kelly Field were dead. The Civil Air Patrol sighted the wreckage and Brooks Field authorities confirmed the names.
