Ferry to be replaced by steel bridge next summer
Writer John H Caufield notes Bonner’s ferry across the Trinity in Waco will pass with a new steel and concrete bridge planned to carry through traffic to east Texas. Bids will be invited next summer as the 25 mile central Texas road reforms to ease west east travel.
