The Simmons number 6 of the Humphreys Boyd Oil Company was completed at 5 30 Tuesday making a 25 000 barrel well. The company now has five producers on the lease numbered 1 2 8 4 and 6 with the N B Boyd 1 discovery well giving six producers and a lead in daily yield. Several more wells have cemented and will drill in within the next few days. Mrs Rush Allison has returned to Abilene after holidays with her parents Mr and Mrs Jesse McLendon. Mr Allison returned last Sunday. Mrs T H Brown and son Tom Jr have returned to Houston after a visit with Mr and Mrs Tom Denning.
