A fast moving cold front will bring the lowest fall temperatures to Texas tonight with no severe weather. East Texas highs will range 28 to 58, winds will be stiff and dust possible in some areas, but no heavy precipitation expected. Galveston reports .08 inches, Beaumont trace. Junction 23 and Brownsville 61 record temperatures.
