Dallas AP report says Fort Worth man Gillis had pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting Bobby Green in the January 25 Navarro Bank robbery. Judge Taylor refused the plea noting Gillis claimed guilt in parts only and offered excuses. Gillis said he drove the car with Green and helped him after the crime.
