The program includes a 2 pm parade 3 pm opening of Mexia Textile Mills 4 20 pm gathering with J I Hughes 5 pm band concert 6 pm chamber dinner for 500 farmers. The new mills cost 509000 will employ about 100 and need 5000 bales of cotton yearly.
