SWEETWATER April 6 Appeal expected today for T. F. Hickox seventy year old Upton county farmer sentenced to years in the penitentiary for the 1924 slaying of Lamar Schrier. The jury reached verdict Sunday after a week long trial. Schrier was killed in a dance hall altercation with Hickox as he fought with the defendant’s son Tom Hickox.
