Negotiators try to break deadlock in Suez cease fire lines

Air Force seeks permission to fire missiles over U S soil
The Pentagon said the Air Force will ask Congress to allow eight Minuteman missiles to be launched from Malstrom AFB Montana toward the Pacific. Tests would occur over northern Idaho and eastern Oregon with debris landing in northern Idaho forests. Four launches would occur next winter and four the following winter pending approval.
