Police and fire units responded to the 700 block of Carver Street at 2:40 am for a double stabbing. Two men in their 30s were stabbed in the stomach and transported to Parkland Hospital in undetermined condition. A knife was found at the scene and officials believe domestic issues sparked the incident. The forecast for Mesquite and surrounding areas calls for cold, clear to partly cloudy skies with a high near 60 and overnight low around the mid 30s.
