In California's Gold Country Mike Bonomi 43 and his wife purchased 3.3 acres of land and several historic buildings in a named mining settlement, hoping to retire there. The town's origin traces to a miner who built a mule car track over gold gravel to reservoirs for washing.
Mesquite City Council meets Monday at 2 30 p m to consider three grant resolutions from the Texas Traffic Safety Administration and the U S Department of Housing and Urban Development plus public hearings on a Mobil Oil zoning amendment and waivers for White Stores Inc.
