McGinest signs with Patriots in four year deal
Patriots top pick Willie McGinest signed a four year contract worth six million dollars with a three point three million signing bonus and escalating salaries. Owner Bob Kraft said the team would set its own scale rather than wait for others. Seahawks wide receiver Brian Blades also joined Seattle on a two year deal worth about two million dollars after breaking the club record for receptions last season.
