Deputy Billy Moore died at Mesa on Monday. Johnny and Buck were arrested in Florence and returned for an alleged theft charge. Buck withdrew the complaint and the young men were released.

Schedules show Mesa to Florence 5 am Mondays Wednesdays Fridays arriving 11 30 am, Florence to Globe 1 pm and Globe to Florence next day 11 am.
