Notice to qualified electors of School District No 4 Maricopa County Arizona that an election will be held at the district school house in Mesa City on Saturday April 8 1899 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Judges J H Pomeroy Charles Peterson and George Lewis appointed. Ballots ask whether bonds of 70 bonds of 100 each totaling 7000 should be issued to raise money for a new school house furnishings and grounds improvements. Interest 7 1 2 percent annually. bonds run 20 years with district reserving right to pay early. Bond written March 9 1899 by trustees M M Newell Peterson Kinball Pomeroy.
