Prospect Shafts Start Near Old Mine in Arizona
Two shafts begun near the old deep shaft 200 feet southwest with a windlass erected. A second shaft lies about half a mile southwest from the house. The Anderson brothers sank their last shaft there in 1896 to forty feet where good coal is found. Development could benefit Tuttown and vicinity.
