The Mesa Free Press advertises D Morton and A P Shewman as attorneys at law in Mesa Arizona offering service in all Territorial courts with a specialty in government land business Collections are promptly made and the notice cites Vernon Spracy Real Estate Agency as associated.
The notice urges individuals with blue pencil marks on their accounts to settle back subscriptions and advertising promptly. It emphasizes that while each amount may be small, the total sum is substantial and calls all indebted parties to come forward and pay at once.
Prof Stormont and wife left Sunday night for an eastern visit. The Arizona Hardware Co. will pay highest market price for hay and grain. Ordinance 26 corrects misnaming of the village to Mesa City and orders amendments to ordinances and minutes. The measure, passed June 20, 1894, directs replacing Village of Mesa with Mesa City in official documents and resolutions. Published in Mesa Free Press for three weeks as required, with mayor W. J. LeBaron and Village Recorder J. H. Pomexoy attesting.

Qualified electors in Nephi School District No 29 Maricopa County Arizona are notified of an election on Saturday August 4 1894 from 9 am to 4 pm at the 8 hour lodge to vote on issuing bonds up to 1200 dollars to build a school house for twenty years at seven percent.
