Sunday Excursions Resume From Mesa To Phoenix
The Maricopa and Phoenix line restarts Sunday excursions from Mesa starting June 4 and every Sunday through summer. Fares are 75 cents to Phoenix from Mesa and 50 cents from Tempe, tickets valid only on sale day. Trains 6 and 7 are canceled each Sunday. a special train departs Mesa at 5 00 p m and Tempe at 5 35 p m for Phoenix, with return from Phoenix at 10 00 p m Pacific time.
