Lee Martin Hurt at Pittsburgh Gulf Depot
Lee Martin suffered a severe toe injury at the Pittsburgh Gulf depot when a northbound train started as he attempted to board. The bricklayer was taken to his boarding house for treatment after the accident on Saturday evening while working on the Savage-Smith building.

Mrs. T. E. Ballard died at her west city home yesterday morning from consumption. The funeral was held this morning. Mr. Ballard is employed by the Pittsburg and Gulf railroad.
