State of Arkansas Sevier County sheriff D B Joplin announces a public auction of specific real estate in Polk County to satisfy an execution from the Sevier County Chancery Court. The sale, April 20, 1808, at the Dallas court house, runs within judicial hours and is on a three month credit with a note and approved security required of the purchaser.
