A land commissioner and organizational by laws were discussed. committees were formed to draft articles of incorporation and a constitution. Horrible accident injures rail yard worker Leslie Bush
Leslie Bush, about 18, brother of Conductor Oscar Bush, suffered severe injuries when a railroad engine crushed him at the platform near the Eating House. He sustained scalp lacerations, a skull fracture, facial injuries, and possible loss of his left foot. He was moved to St Joseph hospital in Kansas City and resting.

U W Lodge Organized with Twenty Three Charter Members
