Stock Yard Improvements At Mena Railroad Sheds Added
An extensive addition is being built to the stock yards at Mena to load feed and water stock shipments along the Port Arthur Route. Large sheds and chetes cover much of the yards improving loading in bad weather. A four line main supplies water from the reservoir. Piano accident injures Ed Allen at Pryor residence
While helping unload a piano at W. B. Pryor's home, Ed Allen was crushed when the piano toppled, the weight pressing on his chest and abdomen. He sustained severe bruises but no broken bones and expects to be out for a few days.
