Death of the Czarowitz After a Fast Ride
From Abbas Tuman to a benzine motor ride the czarowitz died July 10 after a rapid two verst journey. A peasant woman saw him go pale while turning and spitting blood. He stopped, swayed, and said nothing when offered water. A bath and quiet easing followed before death, gentle and painless, as officials noted. The scene was later enclosed by a railing near the place of death.
