Kansas City Kansas soon may become a center for Belgian hare farming. George Lamphier and W. W. Simons have started a rabbit barn at 633 Georgie Ave, KC Kan, growing from 13 imported hares to over 100. The meat sells to 25 cents a pound in eastern cities, with pelts worth 25 cents each.
