Medicine Hat Monarchs Formed to Lead Amateur Baseball
The Medicine Hat Amateur Baseball Association was created at a City Hall meeting with A. M. Terrill elected president. W. H. Gray as vice president G. F. Pauling secretary and an executive of five plus six contributors from the fund. The team will be called the Medicine Hat Monarchs with plans for a busy season including fundraising, grandstand repair, and regional exhibition games with Calgary Lethbridge and Regina teams.

Allan Cup Trophy Passes To Canadian Amateur Hockey Association
Delegates at the 14th annual Canadian Amateur Hockey Association meeting in Ottawa elected W A Fry of Dunnville Ontario as president for the coming year. Fred Marples of Winnipeg and W A Hewitt of Toronto were reelected honorary secretary and registrar treasurer with raised salaries to 700 dollars. William Northey of Montreal resigned as custodian of the Allan Cup and turned the trophy over to the CAHA. a trustee committee was named to manage the cup and its annual competition while Northey’s resignation included handing over the association's finances.
