Terry Fox dies at 23 after Marathon of Hope
Terry Fox died in New Westminster at 4:35 a m PDT with family at his side after raising over 23.1 million for cancer research. He had run more than 5 000 kilometres across Canada with one leg in a bid to fund cancer research and inspire hope. His private funeral will be held at Trinity United Church in Port Coquitlam.
