A forensic audit found 721 irregular sales over 2 1/2 years as false sales and returns. Lang agreed to repay in $20 monthly instalments, extending to about 781 years at current rate.

Zoo keeper bonds with camels in Winnipeg display

Bail Denied in Assault Case Over Release Breaches

Local man Jason Waddell had bail denied for breaching release conditions tied to his February trial for assault causing bodily harm. He allegedly contacted a woman with whom he has a 16 year relationship and with whom he shares four children. Authorities allege another assault occurred on June 14. Calgary RCMP probe after wildlife find deers and remains

Wildlife officers investigating dumped deer carcasses found human remains in a field northeast of Conrich east of Calgary. RCMP are coordinating with the medical examiner to determine the victim’s age and gender while the scene is secured. Authorities say the duration of the person's presence is unknown.

Missing zebra Zebastian Spotted Near Carrot Creek Sighting Sought by RCMP
